KCP is a great school that has really accelerated my learning of Japanese.

Matthew from Winter 2016

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

Learning schedule was good. The way the material is delivered worked well for me. Least interesting was the Seaworld trip. The day was fun but I suppose because of the long drive and short time there, our time could have been used better.

Any further thoughts or tips for those considering the program or new KCP students?

KCP is a great school that has really accelerated my learning of Japanese. The program is tough, but incredibly rewarding. There are regular tests but it has really helped solidify everything I have learned so far. Try your best to polish your Hiragana & Katakana, and if you enter at a level higher than 1, ask your fellow students for tips.

Testimonials

I selected this program because it allows me to use my student loans to attend, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to have this experience. I also wanted a challenge and to improve my fluency as fast as possible. The pace at KCP is challenging but helps me focus.
